Part-time, Select tier (Philippines, South America) support starts around $800–$1,200/month. Full-time roles, Premier tier (South Africa, Czech Republic, Serbia), Elite tier (Ireland, South Africa, United States), and multi-person team placements are priced based on the specific role, hours, and headcount — we'll give you a real number after a short call.
Select tier (Philippines, South America) offers the strongest price-to-quality ratio, especially for accounting and back-office work. Premier tier (South Africa, Czech Republic, Serbia) offers stronger accent neutrality and timezone overlap, best for outbound sales and client-facing roles. Elite tier (Ireland, South Africa, United States) offers native English and full US/EU business-hour overlap for your highest-trust roles — including a fully domestic US option if that's a hard requirement.
Yes, on nearly every role across all five service lines. Executive Assistant is the one exception — that seat is full-time only, since it generally benefits from full dedication. If you want lighter, part-time support, Personal Assistant is the better fit.
Month-to-month is our standard. If you commit to a 6 or 12-month term, we'll build in savings on your monthly rate.
